FashioNXT is a fashion week in the most contemporary sense showcasing “what’s next in fashion”. At FashioNXT, extraordinary designers premier their next season’s collections on the runway. What’s next in fashion today is wearable technology and the innovative ways technology connects people to fashion. FashioNXT presents an innovative fashion experience here in Portland and the world takes notice.
The event honored last year's award winners and announced the "People's Choice" online vote finalists for this year's awards as well as introduced the new panel of judges and sponsors. Winners will be announced November 15th at the Portland Art Museum
Thanks to the Bow and Arrow Culture Club, the 46th annual Delta Park event is the biggest powwow in Portland and attracts The People from all over the Pacific NW and even Canada. In fact, this year The Selkirk Spirit Dancers came all the way from Yukon Territory to dance with us.
House of Dubard Presented "Winter Warmth", a fashion show to raise money and awareness for CureSearch. The night started with light music in the background as guests mingled and perused the pop up boutiques. The runway show opened with children that have battled or are battling cancer walking in their super hero capes, donated from CureSearch. Once the walk After the CureSearch presentation, local boutiques and designers will walked the double 24' runway.
PDX Fashion Network is an event for industry professionals to get together and network. This year's event was held in Hillsboro, Oregon. !00% of the monies raised was donated to Susan G. Komen. It's featured entertainment was a fashion show and singers. Aside from providing entertainment the show helped to support local designers and models.
Hair M|W presented the Hair is Art fashion show. The Styles were created by their very own talented team of stylists. Editorial and couture looks were presented on models complimented by the clothing designs of Stephanie Dong, Wendy R Ohlendorf, and Sonia Kasparian.
Shannon and Lucy, Founders of Dubard, were very proud to present their third production, Elements of Fashion. Ttereve presented handmade jewelry in their runway debut and Consigning Women, an upscale consignment boutique with two locations, the Pearl District and Lake Oswego presented genuine designer handbags. Also featured was Fraulein Couture, an up and coming line out of Eugene, as well as three sets from Dubard, including swimwear. Guests enjoyed a live performance by Bart Hafeman and Clark Bondy of Hit Machine, as well as giveaways from Hair M | W.

This was a special evening of celebration for the new Prime Minister and first lady. The Royal Rosarians are the official greeters and goodwill Ambassadors for the City of Portland promoting the best interests of the City of Portland and the Portland Rose Festival.
